These Terms govern international bookings made through mypointtravel.com.tr on English-language pages.

Titanesswork LLC sells the international package as merchant of record. Moonlight Seyahat performs the licensed tourism operation in Türkiye.
Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed through Stripe and written confirmation is sent. Prices, inclusions, departure dates, cancellation windows and any room upgrades are shown before checkout or in the booking confirmation.
3D Secure or additional cardholder authentication may be required by Stripe or your card issuer.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact, passport or identification, riding ability, health and emergency contact information when requested. Guests must follow safety instructions, arrive on time and use provided safety equipment.
Horseback riding involves inherent risk. The operator may refuse or adjust participation where safety requires it.
Changes, Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are published at Refund and Cancellation Policy and may also be shown in the Stripe checkout or confirmation email. Weather, safety, force majeure, legal restrictions or operational reasons may require schedule changes.
Governing Law
Governing law for the sales contract with Titanesswork LLC: laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
Governing law for the tourism service performed in Türkiye: laws of Türkiye.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law remain reserved.
