Cowboy Café
A saloon in the valleys.
Cowboy Cafe — Moonlight Horse Ranch Cowboy Cafe opens as the first balloons rise into the morning sky. Located within Moonlight Horse Ranch, Cowboy Cafe is a relaxed stop with both an indoor seating area and an open veranda overlooking the valleys and the ranch. You don't need to join a tour to visit — everyone is welcome. We serve hot and cold coffees and a selection of refreshing drinks. Sit out on the veranda with a valley view on one side, horses on the other, and hot air balloons drifting quietly overhead in the early hours of the morning. We look forward to seeing you.

About the Café
Western × Cappadocia. Nothing in between.
The Cowboy Café sits at the heart of Moonlight Horse Ranch. Stone walls, exposed wood beams, a chandelier you didn't expect, barrels turned into tables, kilims on the floor. The aesthetic is plain about what it is: an Anatolian saloon, built with Anatolian materials, run on Anatolian time.
You don't need a ride booked to come in. The café is open to everyone — locals working from a laptop, couples stopping in after a balloon flight, riders coming off a four-hour valley loop.
It's self-service by design.

Coffee, mostly. A few things to eat.

The feel
Slow on purpose.
This isn't a café designed for a 12-minute turnover. The tables are real tables. The chairs are real chairs. The chandeliers — a bit of a wink — say you're allowed to stay.
People work here. Couples linger. Riders refuel between sessions. A camera-bag arrives at the next table and nobody asks why. The Wi-Fi works, the outlets are reachable, and the music — when there is music — is the kind that doesn’t ask anything of you.
In high season we get busy in the late morning and again at sunset. The quietest hours are 11 to 14 — light is hard outside, the porch is empty, and that's exactly when the inside is best.
