On the eastern edge of Moonlight Horse Ranch, facing the valleys where the balloons rise, we're finishing a terrace built for one purpose: the sunrise.
Cushioned seating along the rim, a coffee in your hand, the air still cold from the night before, and the sky doing what the sky does here at five in the morning — filling with colour, then with shape, then with hundreds of balloons.
Quiet. Curated. No selfie crowds, no rushed itineraries. Just the morning, with somewhere proper to sit through it.

A few things we're building in.
- East-facing terrace, designed to catch the first light and the balloon trajectories.
- Cushioned, layered seating — built for stillness, not turnover.
- Coffee, tea, and breakfast service — limited and slow, served the way the hour deserves.
- Limited capacity. Reservation-only when it opens, to keep the morning quiet.
- No phones-up culture. You're welcome to photograph, but the terrace isn't a backdrop. It's the point.
