Raised inside Cappadocia’s wild landscape and horse culture, Ramazan Öztaş is a seasoned horseman who has spent years in the region as a groom and stable hand. He runs daily care, grooming, nutrition, and training — the unglamorous work that keeps every ride upright.
He’s known for the quiet bond he builds with the horses and the calm he carries onto the field. On rides through the valleys he meets local and international guests with the same steady welcome, sharing the region’s horsemanship culture the way it was passed to him.
Disciplined in his routine and visibly fond of the animals, Ramazan has become one of the names ranch life is built on.
