Data Controllers and Service Roles

Titanesswork LLC processes booking and payment-related data for international sales. Moonlight Seyahat receives the operational data required to perform the tourism service in Türkiye.

We may collect identity, contact, booking, payment status, guest preference, accommodation, emergency contact, riding ability and limited safety-related health information that you provide.

Card details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

How We Use Data

We use data to process payment, confirm bookings, coordinate the tour operator, arrange accommodation and transfers, provide customer support, comply with legal duties, handle refunds and improve website reliability.

Sharing

Data may be shared with Stripe, the tour operator in Türkiye, accommodation partners, email service providers, support staff and legal authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers

Because Titanesswork LLC is a United States company and the service is performed in Türkiye, booking data may be transferred between the United States, Türkiye and service providers used for payment, email and hosting.
