Day by day

Each day builds on the last — by Day 5 you'll be galloping valleys you only saw photos of when you arrived.

1. 1Day

   Arrival & the First Horizon

   Afternoon arrival. Check-in at Moonlight of Cappadocia, your partner stone hotel. Then a first walk through the ranch — meeting the horses, learning their names, an apple in your hand. As the sun drops, we walk to Uçhisar Castle for the first signature photo of Cappadocia. Welcome dinner.

2. 2Day

   The Foundation

   1h saddle

   A full morning in the manège with İlyas. Basics: seat, hands, breath, weight, rein. Lunch. Then your first hour in the saddle through Kılıçlar Valley, Rose Valley, and the Kızılçukur panorama. Evening: Turkish Night dinner — music, dance, traditional Cappadocian food.

3. 3Day

   The Bond

   2h saddle

   The morning you learn to prepare your own horse — brushing, saddling, tightening. Then two hours in the saddle: Çavuşin village, the Crusader Church, Tekkaya, Güllüdere, Göreme panorama, Kılıçlar. Free afternoon (optional ATV adventure available).

4. 4Day

   Under the Balloons

   3h saddle

   04:00 ranch transfer. You saddle your own horse in the dark. Three hours in the valleys as the sun rises and the balloons fill the sky — Solo Hill, where we tie the horses, pour something warm, and watch. Afternoon: Zelve Open Air Museum, Paşabağları, and a traditional workshop — handwoven carpet or ceramic, your choice.

5. 5Day

   The Master Ride at Sunset

   4h saddle

   The morning belongs to the underground city — Kaymaklı, the depth of Cappadocia. Lunch at the ranch turns into a barbecue. Then the day you've trained for: four hours on horseback through Çavuşin village, into Love Valley, ending at Solo Hill as the sun goes down. Farewell dinner.

6. 6Day

   Departure

   Breakfast at the hotel. A final visit to the ranch — one last goodbye to your horse, one last photo, one last team embrace. Check-out. Airport transfer.
